Odd how much you can miss when you neglect the internet for a time....
but truth to tell between nexopia, vampirerave, LJ, myspace, crackbook, msn, and a few other sites...I simply didn't have time for them all anymore...
so this will be very sporadic....but I am making SOME attempt to give this thing some time again...

Well..another weekend down bringing me that much closer to death...
odd that I am in such a morose mood...as I was actually enjoying myself very muchly at the bar this weekend.... and sunday i had some good if mildly heated debate out for coffee...also a good thing...
but yet i get home...and I wonder....why is it I always have what i am told is decent advice for other peoples love lives....but never any for my own....

Ahhh to freedom once again.....just finished my job....don't start the new one till tuesday...nice 4 day weekend...
always a satisfaction in those few days between jobs...when you almost think fuck it...lets just pack a bag and hit the highway....leave all our cares behind...
but then life always intrudes again...dragging you back from that brink of freedom...heheh usually for your own good too....

one of the local rags in my city, which used to actually be an ok paper, runs a little tiny section on a daily poll....usually it is some who cares type of thing, generally politically correct....but on sunday the 24th, they ran one which chills my heart and makes me want to rain fire and brimstone upon them as though it were judgement day and I the angel of retribution.

71% said yes, but that means that 29% of the respondents would refuse a group of people from a charity drive based on the nature of their clothing and fasion sense....for without getting to know someone that is the only way to tell someone might be goth.

I have never seen them question allowing jocks or preps to attend a charity drive....and these are the two groups who statistically are the most likely to cause bullying in schools....a frequent cause of teen suicide, and teen psychosis, to marginalize an entire group like this based on their fasion is sickening, why not exclude gays while they are at it....or perhaps asians and natives...as a gang influence, and then why not jews....since we all know the only thing jews do with children is kill them for their blood in strange occult rituals...

the hustle and bustle of moving days....while it is around me I am not a part of it this time around......but the mentality around moving is still hitting me...

Well this current silliness in the middle east is finally starting to get at least the possible hope of sanity back to it...
I do realise that my starting commentary on it was a little over harsh to the people of the region...but it was more meant towards the governments of the region than those suffering with living there...
I really should have made that a bit clearer....
I have been given a new outlook on the life I live in Canada thanks to a woman called mana...the Cedarseed LJ that has been keeping us all posted from within Beirut...she has finally gotten out...we hope the best for both her and her family....and on a personal note...I think she deserves a medal of some sort from the world for reporting the truths of what was happening and what the people of the region were actually feeling....
maybe I will create such a medal for her
